What we collect

We collect the contact details, property information, interests and goals you choose to submit through the seller, networking or consulting forms.

How it is used

Real Estate IQ uses submissions to review opportunities and respond to your request. Inquiries are stored in a workspace restricted to the site owner and are not shown in public pages.

Corrections and removal

Ask Real Estate IQ to correct or remove your information when the company contacts you, or submit a consulting inquiry with your original contact details and reference number. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details or identity documents.

Property searches

Marketplace links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. When an on-site listing feed is connected, the search criteria are sent to the listing provider; your inquiry contact details are not included in those searches.
